Today is the day for reflection;
Today is the day to come to Him;
Today is the day to receive His salvation;

Today is the day to quit your life of sin.
Today is the day to say “No”
To the temptations you encounter
That want to take you into sin even farther.

Today is the day to search yourself,
Knowing that Jesus is still waiting –

The day to decide on whose side you will function;

It is the day for you to show it in your actions.

Today is the day that you ought to renew your mind,
To open your heart widely, to be kind,

To revise your whole life,
To embrace eternal values, to end your strife.
Today is the day to be encouraged
To walk farther, having the knowledge

That Jesus is the Way for you to be satisfied,
For He is the One Who will help you on the path of life.
Today is the day to learn to love –
To live out high ideals with power from above,

With passion and sincerity,

While carrying them with humility.
